Via a simple drag and drop you can download a folder or a folder structure from Bricsys 24/7 - optional with the documents - to your device. This way you can easily download all documents from the Bricsys 24/7 project to your device.
The Transfer tool makes it possible to open a document from Bricsys 24/7 with a software on yourdevice. This way you can change the document immediately and upload it directly to Bricsys 24/7 as a revision.
When you double click on a document in the Bricsys 24/7 structure (right side of the Transfer tool) a local document will be saved on your device and will be opened with a software on your own device. Now a green bullet will appear next to the Document name.
A bullet indicates that there is a local document on your device available of the document from Bricsys 24/7.
A green bullet indicates that the Document that is stored on your local device is exactly the same document as the document on Bricsys 24/7.
An orange bullet indicates that the Document that is stored on your local device differs from the document on Bricsys 24/7.
If you open a document through the Transfer tool, change the document and saved it, the green bullet will change into an orange bullet. As mentioned this means that the document on my local device differs from the document on Bricsys 24/7. Once the bullet is orange (differs from document on Bricsys 24/7) you can choose to upload the changed document as a revision of the original document on Bricsys 24/7. You can perform this by right clicking on the document (in the transfer tool interface) and by selecting the “upload as revision” action (see picture…)
